About My Work

As an Integrative Counsellor, I work predominantly with Person Centred, I may also introduce other therapeutic methods into our work such as Transactional Analysis (TA), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psycho-dynamic, I also offer creative therapy. 

I believe as we are all unique it is vital that the therapy work reflects you as an individual. I will always ensure you are informed and comfortable in the way we are working. Together we will work in a way that enables you to bring about the changes you desire. Free to enjoy a happier and more fulfilling life. 

I provide counselling both face-to-face and online. My therapy room provides you with a safe and confidential space, where hopefully you will feel settled and comfortable. 

I will sit with you ensuring you are safe as you identify the things that have lead you to reaching out for support. Together we will explore further into your thoughts and feelings that you bring and those that come to light, moving at your pace. This is your journey, there is no rush, no right or wrong way, only your way.
