I believe that every individual is unique, and so is their journey. My approach is person-centred, which means our sessions are guided by your needs, feelings, and goals. I work in a holistic and collaborative way, drawing on a range of therapeutic tools to support you, including talking therapy, grounding techniques, and coping strategies.

How I Work with You

As a therapeutic counsellor, I provide a safe, compassionate, and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgement. Whatever challenges you may be facing, I am here to listen and support you on your journey towards understanding, healing, and personal growth.

I work with clients experiencing a wide range of issues, including:

  • Anxiety and Panic Attacks – Helping you manage overwhelming thoughts and physical symptoms, and exploring the underlying causes of your anxiety.
  • Adverse Childhood Experiences – Supporting you in processing past events and their impact on your present life, empowering you to move forward.
  • Bereavement, including Pet Bereavement – Providing compassionate support as you navigate the grief of losing a loved one, human or animal, in a way that honours your unique experience.
  • Low Self-Esteem – Working with you to build confidence, self-acceptance, and a positive sense of self-worth.
  • Relationship Issues – Whether you’re struggling with a partner, family member, friend, or colleague, I offer a space to explore patterns, improve communication, and rebuild connections.
  • Sexual Abuse and Trauma – Creating a safe environment to explore difficult experiences at a pace that feels right for you, while helping you build emotional resilience and healing.
